End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Definitions

  • “Product” means any digital item purchased from Webnum, including FlutterFlow templates, custom widgets, custom actions, components, source code, configuration files, and related documentation.

  • “Licensee” or “you” means the individual or legal entity that purchases the Product.

  • “Seat” means one natural person developer.

  • “Project” means an end application or service into which the Product is integrated and that is not marketed as the Product itself.

  • “Updates” means any bug fixes, improvements, or new versions of the Product released by Webnum.

2. License Grant

Subject to full payment and ongoing compliance with this Agreement, Webnum grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide license to:

  1. install and use the Product by one Seat,

  2. modify the Product solely for your internal development, and

  3. distribute your Projects that incorporate the Product as compiled/packaged applications only (not as source code or standalone components).
    No rights are granted except as expressly set forth herein.

Optional Team License: If you purchase a team license, the number of permitted Seats equals the number purchased. Each Seat must be a single natural person.

3. Permitted Use

  • Use in unlimited Projects for yourself or your clients (for hire/work for clients is permitted), provided the Product is not resold or shared outside the client engagement.

  • Deploy and monetize Projects (commercial use allowed).

  • Store a reasonable number of copies for backup/version control.

4. Restrictions (Very Important)

You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

  1. Resell, redistribute, share, lend, lease, sublicense, or otherwise make the Product available (in whole or part) to any third party, whether for free or for a fee.

  2. Publish, open-source, or expose the source code of the Product or any substantial portion thereof.

  3. Use the Product to create a competing library, template, marketplace item, or substantially similar component intended for distribution.

  4. Remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices, identifiers, or embedded markers (including “Webnum.com” references).

  5. Circumvent, remove, or disable any technical protection measures or watermarking.

  6. Use the Product in violation of applicable laws or third-party terms (including FlutterFlow or platform policies).

  7. Transfer this license to another person or entity without Webnum’s prior written consent.

5. Tracing, Personalization & Verification

To protect against unauthorized distribution, your copy may include hidden, non-functional identifiers (e.g., purchaser email, order ID, or hashed markers) in comments or metadata. By obtaining and using the Product, you consent to such identifiers solely for the purposes of ownership verification, anti-piracy enforcement, and support eligibility.

6. Ownership

The Product is licensed, not sold. Webnum retains all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Product and any copies, derivatives, or modifications you create. No implied licenses are granted.

7. Updates & Support

  • Updates and support may be provided at Webnum’s discretion and in accordance with the plan indicated at purchase.

  • Support is available only to verified license holders and may require proof of purchase and identifier verification.

  • Webnum may modify, suspend, or discontinue Updates at any time.

8. Fees, Taxes & Refunds

All fees are due as stated at checkout. Prices exclude taxes unless noted; you are responsible for all applicable taxes. Refunds, if any, are provided at Webnum’s sole discretion or as required by law or the platform where the purchase occurred.

9. Compliance, Audit & Enforcement

If Webnum reasonably suspects a breach (e.g., unauthorized sharing), you agree to cooperate in good faith to verify compliance (e.g., confirming Seat count or affected Projects). Webnum may, in its discretion, suspend updates/support or terminate the license as set forth in Section 12.

10. Confidentiality

Non-public information provided by Webnum (including source code portions and support materials) is Webnum’s confidential information. You must not disclose it to third parties.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Webnum from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Product, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of third-party rights through your Projects.

12. Term & Termination

This Agreement is effective from the Effective Date and continues until terminated. Webnum may terminate immediately upon notice if you breach any term. Upon termination, all rights cease, and you must stop using the Product and destroy all copies. Sections intended to survive (including 4–6, 9–15) shall survive termination.

13. Disclaimers

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBNUM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. WEBNUM’S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

15. Export & Sanctions

You represent you are not located in, under control of, or a national/resident of any country or entity embargoed or sanctioned under applicable export laws. You will not export or re-export the Product in violation of such laws.

16. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without Webnum’s prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of the foregoing is void.

17. Notices

Notices to Webnum must be sent to the address or email listed on the Website’s legal page. Notices to you may be sent to the email provided at purchase.

18. Entire Agreement; Severability; Waiver; Modifications

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Webnum regarding the Product, superseding prior or contemporaneous understandings. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full force. No waiver is effective unless in writing. Webnum may update this Agreement by posting a revised version on the Website; continued use after the Effective Date of the update constitutes acceptance.
