1. Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights
All templates, designs, and digital products provided by Webnum are the intellectual property of Webnum. By purchasing or downloading any of our templates, you are granted a limited license to use them under the conditions outlined in this agreement.
✔ You do not own the template itself, only the right to use it under these terms.
✔ Webnum retains full ownership and copyright over all its products.
✔ We are a legally registered and official brand operating under the name Webnum.
2. License & Usage Terms
Our templates come with different licensing terms based on whether they are free or paid:
2.1 Free Templates
✅ Allowed: You may use, modify, distribute, and even resell free templates without restrictions.
❌ Not Allowed: Claiming authorship or trademarking any free template under your own name or brand.
2.2 Paid Templates
✅ Allowed:
- You may use a paid template for one (1) project only (personal or commercial).
- You may modify the template to suit your project’s needs.
- You may use the template for yourself or for a client, but only for one project.
❌ Not Allowed:
- Reselling or redistributing paid templates, whether in original or modified form.
- Using a single purchase for multiple projects.
- Sharing or distributing the template in a way that allows others to download it for free.
- Claiming the design or code as your own intellectual property.
If you require multiple uses, you must purchase additional licenses accordingly.
3. Restrictions & Prohibited Use
By using our templates and services, you agree to the following restrictions:
🚫 No unauthorized redistribution – You cannot share or sell our paid templates to third parties.
🚫 No copying or repackaging – You cannot copy our designs and claim them as your own.
🚫 No use in illegal projects – You cannot use our templates for projects that violate laws or promote harmful activities.
🚫 No resale of modified versions – You cannot make minor changes and sell our templates as a new product.
4. Payments & Refunds
All purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds on digital products. Since our templates are downloadable items, once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Payment Processing: All payments are securely handled through third-party providers like Stripe via marketplace.flutterflow.io. We do not collect or store any payment details. For refund policies related to payment processors, please refer to Stripe’s Terms of Service.
5. Support & Updates
- We provide support for any issues related to the initial setup and usage of our templates.
- Support does not include extensive customization or modifications beyond the provided documentation.
- We periodically release updates for our templates, but we do not guarantee lifetime updates.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
- Webnum is not responsible for any issues, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our templates.
- All templates are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that our templates will work with every platform, hosting environment, or third-party plugin.
- You are fully responsible for how you implement and use our templates.
7. Breach of Terms & Consequences
If we detect any violation of these Terms & Conditions, Webnum reserves the right to:
✔ Revoke your license and access to our templates without a refund.
✔ Take legal action in case of copyright infringement or unauthorized resale.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
