Welcome to AntiqPro (“we,” “our,” or “us”). AntiqPro is a mobile application developed and operated by WEBNUM LLC, a limited liability company registered in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan. AntiqPro provides artificial intelligence-powered antique identification, valuation, and cataloging services to collectors, dealers, and enthusiasts worldwide.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the AntiqPro mobile application (the “App”) and any related services. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AntiqPro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you choose to sign in through third-party authentication providers (such as Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In), we receive your name and email address from those services.

User Content: When you use our scanning and identification features, we collect the photographs and images of antique items that you capture or upload through the App. This includes any descriptions, notes, or tags you add to items in your collection.

Transaction Information: If you purchase a subscription or make in-app purchases, we collect transaction details processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.

Communications: When you contact us for customer support or send us feedback, we collect the content of your messages and any attachments you provide along with your contact information.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device Information: We collect device type, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, device language and region settings, and screen resolution.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including features used, scan frequency, session duration, pages and screens viewed, actions taken within the App, and timestamps of activity.

Camera and Photo Library Access: With your permission, we access your device’s camera to enable real-time scanning of antique items. We may also access your photo library if you choose to upload existing images for identification.

Log Data: Our servers automatically record information when you use the App, including your IP address, access times, app crash reports, and diagnostic data.

2.3 Information from Third-Party Sources

We may receive information about you from analytics providers, advertising networks, and third-party authentication services that you use to access the App. This information is used in conjunction with other information we collect to improve our services and your user experience.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

AntiqPro leverages advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies to deliver core features of the App. Understanding how we use AI is an important part of this Privacy Policy.

Image Analysis and Object Recognition: When you scan or upload a photograph of an antique item, the image is processed by our AI models to identify the item, determine its category, estimate its age, and assess its potential market value. This analysis is performed using sophisticated computer vision and deep learning algorithms.

AI-Powered Valuation: Our AI models analyze your scanned items against extensive historical auction data, market trends, and reference databases to provide estimated valuations. These valuations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional appraisals.

Continuous Improvement: We use aggregated and de-identified data from user interactions to train and improve our AI models, enhancing the accuracy of identification and valuation over time. Individual images may be reviewed in anonymized form to refine our machine learning algorithms.

Cloud Processing: AI analysis requires significant computational resources and is performed on secure cloud servers. Your images are transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS 1.2 or higher) and are processed in real time. Images used for scanning purposes are not permanently stored on our servers after the analysis is complete, unless you explicitly save them to your personal collection within the App.

Third-Party AI Services: We may utilize third-party AI and cloud computing providers (such as Google Cloud AI, OpenAI, or similar services) to process certain analytical tasks. These providers are contractually bound to process data only in accordance with our instructions and this Privacy Policy.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Service Delivery: To provide, operate, and maintain the App’s core functionality, including AI-powered antique identification, valuation, and collection management features.

Account Management: To create and manage your user account, authenticate your identity, and provide customer support.

Personalization: To personalize your experience, remember your preferences, and tailor content and recommendations based on your usage history and identified interests.

Communication: To send you service-related notifications, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages. With your opt-in consent, we may also send promotional communications about new features, special offers, or related products.

Analytics and Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, measure the effectiveness of our features, and develop new functionalities for the App.

Safety and Security: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, and other illegal or harmful activities.

Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, data analytics, AI processing, payment facilitation, email delivery, and customer support. Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the App, protect the personal safety of users or the public, or protect against legal liability.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice within the App of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information.

With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. We will also retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When your personal information is no longer required for these purposes, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

Specifically, account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days following account deletion to allow for account recovery. Scan images that are not saved to your collection are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing. Aggregated and anonymized data used for AI model training may be retained indefinitely, as it cannot be used to identify individual users.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), secure cloud infrastructure with access controls and audit logging, regular security assessments and vulnerability testing, employee access restrictions on a need-to-know basis, and secure software development practices.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Access and Portability: You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Correction: You may update or correct inaccuracies in your personal information through your account settings or by contacting us directly.

Deletion: You may request the deletion of your personal information by deleting your account within the App or by contacting us. Please note that certain information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Opt-Out of Marketing: You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications or by adjusting your notification preferences within the App.

Withdraw Consent: Where we rely on your consent to process personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted prior to your withdrawal.

Device Permissions: You can control the App’s access to your device’s camera and photo library through your device’s operating system settings at any time.

9. Children’s Privacy

AntiqPro is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@webnum.com so that we can take appropriate action.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country in which you reside, including the Republic of Uzbekistan and the United States, where our servers and third-party service providers may be located. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, regardless of where it is processed.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or advertisements that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. 13. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.
