1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and WEBNUM LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a limited liability company registered in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan, governing your access to and use of the DocTrust mobile application (the “App”) and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered through the App.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DocTrust, you affirm that you are at least 16 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing or using the App on behalf of a business, law firm, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.
2. Description of Services
DocTrust is an artificial intelligence-powered mobile application designed to help individuals and businesses analyze documents for hidden risks, unfavorable clauses, legal pitfalls, and potentially deceptive or ambiguous language. The App provides the following core services:
AI-Powered Risk Analysis: Using advanced natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning models, the App reads, parses, and comprehends uploaded or scanned documents to detect risks including unfavorable contract terms, hidden fees, automatic renewal traps, liability shifts, non-compete restrictions, penalty clauses, data rights issues, confidentiality gaps, indemnification imbalances, and other potentially harmful provisions.
Risk Scoring and Classification: Each identified risk is classified by severity level (critical, high, medium, low) and category, providing you with a clear, color-coded risk dashboard and an overall document risk score for rapid assessment.
Contextual Clause Analysis: The App analyzes relationships between different sections and clauses within a document, identifying conflicts, contradictions, and provisions that may become problematic when interpreted together, even if each individual clause appears acceptable in isolation.
Plain-Language Summaries: The App uses AI to generate clear, plain-language explanations of complex legal, financial, and technical terminology, making document content accessible to users without specialized legal training.
Analysis History and Management: Users may save analyzed documents and their risk reports to a personal encrypted archive within the App, organize analyses by category, compare risk profiles across multiple documents, and export analysis reports.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
3. Important Legal Disclaimers
3.1 Not Legal Advice
DOCTRUST DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE. The App is designed to assist users in understanding the content of documents by using artificial intelligence to highlight potential risks and generate plain-language summaries. The information, analysis, risk assessments, and summaries provided by DocTrust are for general informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or a lawyer-client relationship.
3.2 Not a Substitute for Legal Counsel
The App is not a substitute for professional legal counsel. We strongly recommend that you consult with a qualified attorney or legal professional before signing, entering into, or relying upon any contract, agreement, or legal document, regardless of the risk assessment provided by the App. Legal implications of document provisions vary by jurisdiction, individual circumstances, and applicable laws, which the App cannot fully account for.
3.3 No Guarantee of Completeness
While our AI models are designed to detect a wide range of document risks, no automated analysis system can guarantee the identification of every potential risk, ambiguity, or unfavorable term in a document. Documents may contain risks that fall outside the current scope of our AI models, are embedded in highly unusual language, or are dependent on external legal frameworks that the App does not analyze. The absence of a flagged risk does not mean that no risk exists.
3.4 Jurisdictional Limitations
DocTrust’s risk analysis is general in nature and is not tailored to the laws of any specific jurisdiction. Contract law, consumer protection regulations, and legal enforceability standards vary significantly between countries, states, and regions. A clause that is permissible in one jurisdiction may be unenforceable or illegal in another. The App does not account for these jurisdictional variations in its analysis.
4. User Account
4.1 Registration
To access certain features of the App, you must create a user account. You may register using your email address and a password, or through supported third-party authentication providers such as Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Given the sensitive nature of the documents you may analyze through DocTrust, you are strongly encouraged to use a strong, unique password and enable any available security features. You agree to immediately notify us at info@webnum.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
4.3 Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App’s settings or by contacting us at info@webnum.com. Upon account deletion, all your stored analysis history and associated document data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Free and Premium Tiers
DocTrust offers both free and premium subscription tiers. The free tier provides limited access to the App’s features, including a restricted number of document analyses per day and basic risk detection. Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited document analyses, advanced multi-layered risk detection, detailed clause-by-clause breakdown, comparison analysis across multiple documents, exportable risk reports, priority processing, and other enhanced features as described within the App.
5.2 Subscription Plans
Premium subscriptions are available on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Current pricing is displayed within the App prior to purchase. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
5.3 Billing and Renewal
All subscription purchases and payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device platform. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your App Store or Play Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected subscription plan.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that date. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
5.5 Refund Policy
Refund requests are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, as applicable. We do not process refunds directly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly, or reach out to us at info@webnum.com for assistance.
5.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect for the next billing cycle following reasonable advance notice to you through the App or via email. Your continued subscription after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
DocTrust utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies as the core engine for its document analysis services. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated risk assessments, clause classifications, severity ratings, and plain-language summaries are probabilistic in nature and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or reliable. Results may vary depending on document formatting, language complexity, image quality for scanned documents, document length, and the current state of our AI models.
Informational Purpose Only: All analysis results, risk scores, flagged clauses, and summaries provided by the App are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute, and shall not be construed as, legal advice, legal opinions, professional consulting, or any form of certified review or audit.
False Positives and Negatives: Our AI models may produce false positives (flagging provisions that are not actually risky in your specific context) and false negatives (failing to flag provisions that may carry risk). You should always apply your own judgment and, where appropriate, seek professional legal advice.
Evolving Technology: Our AI models are continuously updated and improved. As a result, risk assessments and analysis results for the same document may change over time as our models become more refined, new risk patterns are added, and our reference databases expand.
Document Format Limitations: The accuracy of AI analysis may be affected by document quality, including low-resolution scans, handwritten text, non-standard fonts, encrypted or password-protected files, documents in languages not fully supported, and unusual formatting or layouts.
User Responsibility: You bear sole responsibility for any decisions made or actions taken based on information provided by the App. WEBNUM LLC shall not be liable for any legal consequences, financial loss, missed opportunity, contractual disputes, or other damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated analysis.
7. Acceptable Use and User Conduct
You agree to use DocTrust only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to analyzing documents with the intent to deceive, defraud, or misrepresent findings to third parties.
Upload, transmit, or process documents that contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code that could damage or interfere with the operation of our systems.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App, its AI models, risk detection algorithms, or any underlying technology.
Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the App’s servers, networks, or infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems.
Use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar tools, to access or interact with the App, extract analysis results in bulk, or circumvent usage limitations, except as expressly permitted in writing by us.
Upload, transmit, or process documents that you do not have the legal right to access, analyze, or possess, including stolen, illegally obtained, or classified documents.
Misrepresent AI-generated analysis results as professional legal advice, certified audits, or expert legal opinions when communicating with third parties.
Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App, its analysis results, or any content or data derived from it without our prior written consent.
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security features of the App, including features that restrict or limit the use of the App or enforce subscription tiers.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions, including terminating the offender’s account and reporting such violations to law enforcement authorities.
8. Document Content and User Submissions

We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services that you access through the App. Documents imported from third-party cloud storage services remain subject to those services’ own data handling policies in addition to ours.
