Refund Policy

1) What’s covered

Refunds apply to digital products sold on Webnum:

  • FlutterFlow templates, widgets, actions, components

  • Figma UI kits and 3D elements

  • Other downloadable assets listed on our site

We refund 100% if:

  • the product doesn’t fit your needs or you simply don’t like it;

  • there’s a material mismatch with the description;

  • a critical defect cannot be reasonably fixed.

2) What’s not covered

  • Custom services (MVP/dev work, design, consulting, integrations, app-store submission)

  • Gift cards / coupon codes

  • Purchases made on third-party marketplaces (follow their policies)

  • Subscriptions (if offered): you can cancel renewal anytime, but elapsed periods aren’t refundable

3) Conditions for digital items

  • After a refund, your license is revoked. You must delete all copies and stop using the item in any project.

  • Access to downloads/updates may be disabled for refunded orders.

  • To prevent abuse, we may decline requests involving excessive downloads or repeated refunds.

4) How to request a refund

Email support@webnum.com (or use the contact form) with:

  • order number and purchase email

  • product name

  • short reason (optional but helps us improve)

Deadline: within 30 days of purchase.
Processing: we aim to decide quickly; once approved, funds are returned within up to 10 business days. Bank/card timelines may vary.

5) Bundles & partial refunds

Bundle purchases are refunded as a whole within the 30-day window (no partial refunds for individual items inside a bundle).

6) Billing issues & chargebacks

If you see an unauthorized charge or billing error, please contact us first. We usually resolve issues faster than a chargeback.
