1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and WEBNUM LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your access to and use of our mobile application (the “App”) and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered through the App.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you affirm that you are at least 16 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing or using the App on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.
2. Description of Services
The App is an artificial intelligence-powered mobile application designed to help users diagnose problems and obtain step-by-step repair guidance for a wide range of items. The App provides the following core services:
AI-Powered Problem Diagnosis: Using advanced computer vision, image recognition, and deep learning models, the App analyzes photographs of broken, damaged, or malfunctioning items to identify the item type, detect visible damage, worn components, and potential failure points, and determine the most likely cause of the problem.
Step-by-Step Repair Guides: Based on the AI diagnosis, the App generates detailed, tailored repair instructions including required tools, recommended replacement parts with estimated costs, estimated difficulty level, approximate repair time, and sequential steps with visual guidance where available.
Difficulty and Safety Assessment: Each repair guide includes an AI-evaluated difficulty rating (beginner, intermediate, advanced, professional-only) and relevant safety warnings. Repairs involving electrical systems, gas lines, pressurized systems, structural components, hazardous materials, or other potentially dangerous work are clearly flagged with prominent safety advisories and recommendations to consult a qualified professional.
Broad Item Coverage: The App is designed to provide repair diagnostics for virtually any fixable item, including but not limited to household appliances (washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves), consumer electronics (smartphones, laptops, tablets, televisions, gaming consoles), plumbing fixtures (faucets, toilets, pipes, water heaters), furniture (chairs, tables, cabinets, shelving), automotive components (interior parts, lights, minor mechanical issues), HVAC systems (air conditioners, heaters, thermostats), power tools, garden equipment, bicycles, musical instruments, and general household items.
Local Recommendations: With your permission, the App may suggest nearby hardware stores, parts suppliers, repair shops, and qualified service professionals relevant to your specific repair needs.
Repair History and Tracking: Users may save completed and in-progress repairs to a personal history within the App, organize repairs by category, track maintenance schedules, and revisit past repair guides at any time.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
3. Important Safety Warnings and Disclaimers
3.1 Assumption of Risk
PERFORMING REPAIRS ON PHYSICAL OBJECTS INVOLVES INHERENT RISKS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK, BURNS, CUTS, LACERATIONS, EXPOSURE TO TOXIC OR HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES, RISK OF FIRE, RISK OF FLOODING OR WATER DAMAGE, STRUCTURAL COLLAPSE, AND OTHER PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. BY USING THE APP TO GUIDE ANY REPAIR, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THESE RISKS AND ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF OTHERS IN YOUR VICINITY.
3.2 Not a Substitute for Professional Service
The App provides AI-generated repair guidance for informational and educational purposes only. The App is not a substitute for the services of qualified, licensed, and insured repair professionals. We strongly and explicitly recommend that you hire a qualified professional for any repair that involves electrical wiring or high-voltage components, gas lines, natural gas, or propane systems, plumbing that connects to municipal water or sewage systems, structural modifications to buildings or load-bearing elements, HVAC refrigerant handling, asbestos, lead paint, or other hazardous materials, automotive braking systems, steering, suspension, or airbag components, any work that requires a permit or licensed professional under local regulations, or any task that exceeds your personal skill level, experience, or comfort zone.
3.3 No Guarantee of Accuracy
AI-generated diagnoses, repair instructions, parts recommendations, difficulty ratings, and safety assessments are probabilistic in nature and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, safe, or appropriate for your specific item, situation, or skill level. Results may vary depending on image quality, the specific make and model of your item, its age and condition, previously attempted repairs, and the current state of our AI models. A diagnosis or repair guide may be incorrect, incomplete, or may not account for all variables relevant to your specific situation.
3.4 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for evaluating whether a repair is within your capabilities, ensuring you have the proper tools and safety equipment, following all applicable local building codes, electrical codes, plumbing codes, and other regulations, and assessing conditions that the App may not be able to detect from photographs alone (such as hidden wiring, water damage behind walls, or structural issues not visible in images). WEBNUM LLC shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, voided warranties, insurance issues, code violations, or any other consequences resulting from repairs performed based on the App’s guidance.
3.5 Warranty and Insurance Notice
Performing repairs on certain items may void manufacturer warranties, home warranties, or insurance coverage. You are responsible for verifying whether self-repair of a particular item may affect any warranties or insurance policies before proceeding. The App does not and cannot provide guidance on warranty or insurance implications.
4. User Account
4.1 Registration
To access certain features of the App, you must create a user account. You may register using your email address and a password, or through supported third-party authentication providers such as Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us at info@webnum.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
4.3 Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App’s settings or by contacting us at info@webnum.com. Upon account deletion, all your stored repair history and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Free and Premium Tiers
The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers. The free tier provides limited access to the App’s features, including a restricted number of repair diagnoses per day and basic repair guides. Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited diagnoses, advanced AI analysis with detailed component-level breakdown, comprehensive step-by-step guides with visual annotations, parts price comparisons, repair difficulty assessments, maintenance schedule tracking, and other enhanced features as described within the App.
5.2 Subscription Plans
Premium subscriptions are available on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Current pricing is displayed within the App prior to purchase. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
5.3 Billing and Renewal
All subscription purchases and payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device platform. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your App Store or Play Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected subscription plan.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that date. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
5.5 Refund Policy
Refund requests are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, as applicable. We do not process refunds directly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly, or reach out to us at info@webnum.com for assistance.
5.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect for the next billing cycle following reasonable advance notice to you through the App or via email. Your continued subscription after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
The App utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies as its core engine for item identification, problem diagnosis, and repair guide generation. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Probabilistic Results: All AI-generated content, including item identifications, problem diagnoses, repair instructions, parts recommendations, difficulty ratings, time estimates, and cost estimates, is probabilistic in nature and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, safe, or reliable. Results may vary depending on image quality, lighting conditions, the condition of the item, and the current state of our AI models.
Informational Purpose Only: All repair guidance provided by the App is for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional repair services, engineering advice, safety certification, or any form of licensed trade consultation.
False Diagnoses: Our AI models may produce incorrect diagnoses, recommending repairs for problems that do not exist or failing to identify the actual root cause of a malfunction. Additionally, the App may fail to detect safety hazards that are not visible in photographs or that require specialized diagnostic equipment to identify.
Parts and Cost Estimates: Recommended replacement parts and estimated costs are approximate and may not reflect current pricing, availability, or compatibility with your specific item model, variant, or regional market. Always verify parts compatibility before purchasing.
Evolving Technology: Our AI models are continuously updated and improved. As a result, diagnoses and repair recommendations for the same item and problem may change over time as our models become more refined and our reference databases expand.
User Responsibility: You bear sole responsibility for evaluating the accuracy and applicability of any AI-generated content, verifying repair instructions against manufacturer documentation where available, and deciding whether to proceed with any repair. WEBNUM LLC shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or other consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
7. Acceptable Use and User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to performing unlicensed repairs that require professional certification in your jurisdiction.
Use the App’s repair guidance to perform modifications to items that create safety hazards for others, such as tampering with fire suppression systems, disabling safety mechanisms, or modifying gas appliances in ways that violate applicable safety codes.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App, its AI models, diagnostic algorithms, or any underlying technology.
Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the App’s servers, networks, or infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems.
Use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar tools, to access or interact with the App, extract repair data in bulk, or circumvent usage limitations, except as expressly permitted in writing by us.
Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Misrepresent AI-generated repair guidance as professional engineering assessments, licensed trade advice, or certified safety evaluations when communicating with third parties, insurance companies, or regulatory bodies.
Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App, its repair guides, or any content or data derived from it without our prior written consent.
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security features of the App, including features that restrict or limit the use of the App or enforce subscription tiers.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions, including terminating the offender’s account and reporting such violations to law enforcement authorities.
8. User Content
8.1 Ownership
You retain all ownership rights in the photographs, videos, images, descriptions, notes, and other content that you upload or create within the App (“User Content”). Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your User Content to us.
8.2 License Grant
By uploading or submitting User Content to the App, you grant WEBNUM LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, and display your User Content solely for the purposes of operating, improving, and providing the App’s services, including performing the requested diagnosis and repair analysis, and training and enhancing our AI models. When used for AI model training, your User Content will be anonymized and aggregated so that it cannot be attributed to you individually.
8.3 Representations
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant the foregoing license for any User Content that you upload or submit, and that your User Content does not infringe or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
The App, including its entire contents, features, functionality, design, user interface, AI models, diagnostic algorithms, repair guide databases, software code, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and trade names, is owned by WEBNUM LLC or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in or to the App or its content, except for the limited license to use the App in accordance with these Terms. You may share individual repair guides with household members or colleagues for the purpose of completing a specific repair, but you may not commercially redistribute, publish, aggregate, or resell repair guides or diagnostic data.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources, including hardware stores, parts suppliers, repair service marketplaces, instructional video platforms, and product manufacturer websites. These third-party services are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, products, pricing, availability, privacy policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of that third party. Any purchases you make from third-party suppliers recommended by the App are transactions solely between you and the third party, and we bear no liability for such transactions.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WEBNUM LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION THAT: (A) THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS; (B) THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (C) THE DIAGNOSES, REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS, PARTS RECOMMENDATIONS, DIFFICULTY RATINGS, SAFETY ASSESSMENTS, OR TIME AND COST ESTIMATES GENERATED BY THE APP WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, SAFE, RELIABLE, OR APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC ITEM OR SITUATION; (D) ANY ERRORS IN THE APP WILL BE CORRECTED; OR (E) THE APP IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: (I) THE USE OF AI TECHNOLOGY FOR REPAIR DIAGNOSTICS INHERENTLY INVOLVES UNCERTAINTY; (II) AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, INCORRECT DIAGNOSES, INCOMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS, OR OMISSIONS OF CRITICAL SAFETY INFORMATION; (III) THE APP DOES NOT REPLACE QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL REPAIR SERVICES; (IV) PERFORMING REPAIRS BASED ON THE APP’S GUIDANCE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK; AND (V) PHYSICAL REPAIRS CARRY INHERENT RISKS OF PERSONAL INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT NO SOFTWARE APPLICATION CAN FULLY MITIGATE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WEBNUM LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, VOIDED WARRANTIES, INSURANCE CLAIM DENIALS, BUILDING CODE VIOLATIONS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), AND EVEN IF WEBNUM LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WEBNUM LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING FROM: (A) ANY REPAIR PERFORMED BASED ON THE APP’S AI-GENERATED GUIDANCE; (B) INCORRECT DIAGNOSES, INCOMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS, OR OMITTED SAFETY WARNINGS; (C) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE SUSTAINED DURING OR AS A RESULT OF A REPAIR; (D) DAMAGE TO THE ITEM BEING REPAIRED, INCLUDING FURTHER BREAKDOWN OR TOTAL FAILURE; (E) VOIDED MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES, HOME WARRANTIES, OR INSURANCE COVERAGE; (F) VIOLATIONS OF LOCAL BUILDING CODES, ELECTRICAL CODES, PLUMBING CODES, OR OTHER REGULATIONS; (G) PURCHASES OF INCORRECT OR INCOMPATIBLE REPLACEMENT PARTS BASED ON THE APP’S RECOMMENDATIONS; OR (H) ANY CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM PERFORMING REPAIRS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED BY A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF WEBNUM LLC FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US FOR SUBSCRIPTION FEES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100.00).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WEBNUM LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the App; (b) any repair you perform based on the App’s guidance, including any resulting personal injury, property damage, or third-party claims; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, building code, or professional licensing requirement; (e) your violation of any rights of any third party; (f) any User Content you submit, upload, or transmit through the App; (g) any misrepresentation of the App’s AI-generated guidance as professional assessments or certified evaluations; or (h) your breach of any warranty or insurance terms resulting from self-repair.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted within the App and apply to all access to and use of the App thereafter. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes through the App or via email to the address associated with your account.
Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation the safety disclaimers in Section 3, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity provisions, and limitations of liability.
Upon termination of your account, we will permanently delete your personal data, repair history, and all stored content within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where we are required by law to retain certain information or where data has been anonymized and aggregated for AI model training purposes.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.
16.3 Class Action Waiver
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST WEBNUM LLC.
17. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WEBNUM LLC regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the App.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by WEBNUM LLC to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction and without your consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.
Force Majeure: WEBNUM LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, government sanctions, epidemics or pandemics, labor shortages, power outages, telecommunications failures, or any other event that could not have been reasonably foreseen or prevented.
Notices: All notices to WEBNUM LLC under these Terms shall be sent to info@webnum.com. Notices to you will be sent to the email address associated with your account or displayed within the App.
Language: These Terms were originally drafted in the English language. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
No Professional Relationship: Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, contractor-client, or any professional service relationship between you and WEBNUM LLC. The App does not create a professional repair service relationship, and WEBNUM LLC is not a licensed contractor, tradesperson, engineer, or repair service provider.
